本文撰寫依據民國93年交通部觀光局規定，新設遊憩設施區必需依相關法規審核興辦事業計畫，所頒佈的申請開發遊憩設施區興辦事業計畫審查作業要點規定繕寫圖表文件格式與內容，做為個案之實證研究。
