本文單純地只示範如何利用「MicrosoftExcel」來製作出傳統且完整的柏拉圖圖表,工作熊之所以強調「完整」,是因為很多朋友用Excel畫出來的柏拉圖大多似是而非,比較一下最上面兩張同樣使用Excel畫出來的柏拉圖表,右邊的柏拉圖其實只要稍具Excel經驗及能力的朋友,應該都可以畫得出來,而左圖才是比較正確的柏拉圖畫法。

照例要稍微說明一下「柏拉圖(ParetoChart)」是什麼東東的名詞解釋?「柏拉圖(ParetoChat)」是品質管理不可或缺的重要工具之一。

柏拉圖是經由數據蒐集,然後依照項目分類做統計,再依照數據的順序由大到小排列,然後用直條圖來顯示各別項目的數值,用折線圖來標示累積百分比。

透過柏拉圖的表現方式,可以讓我們清楚地看出佔比最大的項目或原因為何者,並利用80/20的趨勢原則挑出需要重點關照管理的項目,讓工程師或使用者可以僅先針對少數幾個影響較大的要因,集中火力並執行對策,以收事半功倍之效。

等第二次畫圖時,就可以用自己的資料來做圖了。

真的建議要靜下心來,花點時間操作一次,因為有些小細節稍一不注意就可能會做錯~步驟1.輸入數據並將數據由大到小排列1.1.如上圖在欄位A1~D1的地方,分別輸入現象、數量、數量累加、百分比累加等標題文字,在欄位A3~B6處分別輸入各自的「現象」名稱與「數量」。

1.2.在C3的地方輸入公式【=B3】,在C4的地方輸入公式【=C3+B4】,其餘的C5~C6欄位則可以用複製貼上來完成,或是用滑鼠拖拉的方式複製也可以。

1.3.將欄位D2~D6的格式設定為「百分比」。

1.4.在欄位D2的地方輸入【0%】,這是一定要的,因為柏拉圖都是從0%開始的。

1.5.在D3的地方輸入【=C3/$C$6】,其他的D4~D6欄位可以用複製的方式將公式貼上,或是用拖拉的方式複製也可以。

Tips:這裡有個小撇步可以教給大家,當你要輸入【$C$6】這種鎖定行列符號時,其實可以用滑鼠先點開儲存格,或是按鍵,讓它變成可以編輯的模式,讓游標出現在C6的地方,再按鍵盤的,它就會自動切換公式中的鎖定儲存格的行列了,每按一次鍵就會依序變換:鎖定行列、鎖定行、鎖定列,取消鎖定,按了四次鍵會有一個循環。

1.6.請檢查欄位D6的地方,也就是百分比的累加最終總值一定得是100%。

步驟2.建立柏拉圖的直條圖2.1.先用滑鼠把欄位A3~B6圈選起來,再點選水平功能表的「Insert(插入)」,在「圖表」的區域選擇「插入直條圖或橫條圖」,在「平面直條圖」的地方選擇第一個圖示「群組直條圖」。

2.2.這時候你應該就可以看到Excel在工作區幫我們建立了一張直條圖的圖表。

步驟3.調整直條圖的間距為零在任一個直條圖上點選滑鼠右鍵,出現快顯功能表,選擇「資料數列格式」,在右側功能表「數列選項」的「類別間距」後面的數字輸入「0%」後按「Enter」,就可以將之調成沒有間距了。

步驟4.為每個直條圖標注不同的顏色為了讓圖表美觀,我們可以個別設定每個直條圖的顏色。
