D in Electrical Engineering and Electronics from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics, University of Liverpool, UK. Luis Gomez is an Associate Professor at the School of Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering, University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. He received his Ph.D. degree in Telecommunication Engineering from the Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Las Palmas, Spain.
