Rukonge Sospeter Muhongo is a visiting lecturer at the University of Eduardo Mondlane in Mozambique, and a local content consultant. He holds a PhD in Oil Gas Law from the University of Dundee, an LLM in Oil and Gas Law and Policy from the University of Dundee, UK and an LLB and BA Degree both from University of Pretoria, South Africa.
