Sebastian Kitching is Senior Lecturer at Swansea University, UK with ten years’ experience of teaching Operations and Supply Chain Management modules at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Prior to academia, he spent a number of years implementing automated inventory management systems for major retailers in the UK as well as Japan.
