Louis Molnar is a finance and operations expert with a concentration in real estate and property management. He is the former chair of law and urban planning at the Spencer School of Real Estate, and has worked over 15 years with such property management companies as Riverstone Residential, Toronto Community Housing Corporation, TrizecHahn, Camden Property Trust, Morgan Group, Fein, and more. Mr. Molnar is author of the seminal business book Operations 101: A Primer and the upcoming Seven Biggest Mistakes Smart Managers Make.
