Samuelson Appau is a lecturer in Marketing at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. His research focuses on branding and cultural practices on consumption and consumer well-being. Samuelson has published several peer-reviewed articles in reputable marketing and business journals including the Journal of Consumer Research, Journal of Business Research, and Journal of Marketing and Public Policy. He has also published many book chapters and presented his work in many national and international conferences. He is a co-editor of the book, Measuring, Understanding and Improving Wellbeing Among Older People (Palgrave Macmillan). Samuelson teaches brand management and has received multiple teaching awards. He has a MOOC on the Sharing Economy on Future Learn. He is also the program manager for the Blue Nile Business Masterclass Program, a mini-MBA program for African Australian entrepreneurs at the University of Melbourne.
