This book is a brief and handy guide for the use of MS Excel 2016 to create spreadsheets for the solution of financial mathematics problems. It also includes brief theoretical explanations related to these problems. Thus, it provides not only the How-to but also the why of financial mathematics problem solving.


The authors are professors at the Telfer School of Management of the University of Ottawa. Both are Licensed International Financial Analysts (LIFA).
