He is a Fellow of the Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering (ATSE), a Fellow of IEEE, and a Fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET). He has published over 460 research papers in top tier academic journals and international conferences including over 200 IEEE journal papers. He holds over 26 international patents. He is a co-author of the Wiley title Ground-Based Wireless Positioning (2009).RICHARD W.
